• Profile Setup: After receiving a verification link via email, complete your profile by adding relevant details about yourself or your business.
• Verification: Depending on your user type (client or supplier), you may need to provide specific documents for verification. The platform's admin will review and approve your profile.
• Exploring the Platform: Once your profile is verified, you can start exploring the platform. Clients can use search or browse functions to find products or services, while providers showcase their products and services through predefined categories and subcategories on the platform.
• Connecting: Reach out to potential suppliers or clients using our messaging system. This feature allows you to ask questions, discuss details, and negotiate deals directly.

This approval process involves providing evidence of the company's existence and identifying the person responsible for managing their space on the platform. In the case of distributors and representatives, it is additionally necessary to share distribution agreements for all the products and brands they intend to add to the platform."

• Keyword Search: Utilize our search function by entering keywords or phrases related to your needs. This allows for quick and specific results.
• Advanced Filters: For even more precise targeting, use our filtering options to refine your search results based on various criteria.
• Request for Quotation (RFQ): If you require detailed and personalized quotations for specific products or services, you can create an RFQ. When generating an RFQ, you have the option to provide additional details about your request. Your RFQ is automatically forwarded to relevant providers, and you'll receive customized offers. You can further discuss these offers through our chat feature.
• Multiple Products: If you're seeking quotes for several products, submit separately as many Requests for Quotation (RFQs) as products requested (one request per product).
